Dear students, friends, partners,
The World Student Christian Federation-North
America is planning its first North American Regional Assembly,
to be held in Chicago, USA on October 14-18, 2011. This event
will be tackling the 2011 Federation's theme "Overcoming
Violence" and will be an opportunity for the region to plan its
future activities. Inputs, workshops, worship and bible study,
exposure in the Chicago area will be part of the conference.
Please, spread the word and save the date.
Attached please find poster to be widely distributed. A concept
paper and a registration form will soon follow.

What is the
WSCF?
The World Student Christian Federation (WSCF)
is an international community of students pursuing faith-based
peace and social justice through a critical reading of the
Christian Gospel. We represent a number of Christian and
spiritual denominations, cultures, and traditions and offer an
anti-oppressive community of living ecumenism.
What is NARA?
The North American Regional Assembly (NARA) is
the decision-making body for the North American Region of the
World Student Christian Federation. This will be our first
Assembly since the re-launching of our Region in 2009!
Join us as we gather together to discern the
future of the Region through workshops, worship, plenary
sessions and exposure trips.
