The Constitutional Services Department of the Office of the General Assembly (specifically, Ms. Mary Ruth Phares) has issued a new note in the PresbyNet meeting PCUSA POLITY REFLECTIONS, listing all actions of the General Assembly relating to homosexuality from 1970 to the present.  It is also on the PCUSA web site.
